...against brawlers, swarmers or generally aggressive opponents? It doesn't specifically have to be a chin problem, just trouble at coping with aggression.

Don Curry could fall here i suppose. Whilst he lost to McCallum a great techician it was from a once in a life time punch and he was doing well up to that. I'd give curry a great chance against any pure boxer and technician in and around hs weight class but a good level aggresive fighter with preferably a decent punch would cause him problems

Chan-Hee Park...his physical ability, technical skills and offensive style are ideal for taking any of the Flyweight stylists. His so-so chin, stamina issues due to lack of dedication and inconsistent determination are liabilities against aggressive, determined types.

Alfonso Lopez...No chin, very little physical strength.Very slick Marcel/mini-Zapata technical skills and terrific counterpunching are ideally suited for chessmatches.Top level career cut short and ended up on a fast descent to opponent status because of his drawbacks.Anyone who gives him a bit of space to do his thing might end up looking like a fool.

Ayub Kalule.Master textbook box-fighter that can fight at any distance and pressure very slickly.Very good upperbody slickness, subtle slick footwork and very long, extremely accurate straight punches make for a tough task against anyone looking to engage in a nice polite technical fight.bad chin, zero power anda tendency to stand and trade when caught with big shots makes for a potentially hard time against any very good fighter who has just come to overwhelm him.

When he wasn't focused, Olivares ran into bother against powerful fighters with a big punch. Herrera, Castillo, Arguello and Lopez all stopped him at varying points in his career, though he was more often than not undertrained and out of shape while most of the aforementioned men were punchers rather than typical aggressors. Fellows like Rose and Rudkin got blown out the water though, pure boxer and top technician respectively.

Some good names mentioned though chaps.

Kostya Tszyu. B-level slicksters like Judah and Mitchell wound up brown bread, but Tszyu ran into trouble against Hatton and Phillips who were both able to push him back and wear him out even though Kostya was very strong in his own right.

Barerra could be pretty inconsistent in this regard.

Destroyed by Pac...had trouble with Jones..had trouble with Juarez the first time around.

Did great against Marquez whilst late in his career...Blew out Fana, maybe you could count McKinney.

What do you consider Hamed? He doesnt really fall under any orthodox style. But he wasnt ultra aggressive a lot of the time. Awkward, sometimes tried to be cute and looks for the big bombs to stick.

But then again he seemed to have Morales number.

I do tend to think that guys like Fenech and Nelson would give him a lot of hell because of their style and physical strength.

I was going to say Marco Antonio Barrera, but then I realized he wasn't really troubled by one style exclusively. If fighters ran at him in his early days, he could be every bit as intense and end up blowing you away. Mckinney was beating Barrera with his jab, he was winning the Boxing match...it wasn't until Barrera stepped inside that he began to take over. Likewise, Barrera got the best of Morales when it was a toe to toe battle, and only lost marginally past his prime against one of the definitive technicians of his era, Juan Manuel Marquez. Hamed wasn't aggressive at all when he fought Barrera, he tried to find that one shot. He was schooled as a result.

Barrera did have a comfort zone, he didn't like his work to be smothered or for fighters to be to intense, but with the exception of Pacquiao, nobody made it work against him. Jones just found that one shot in their first fight, and he narrowly won a boxing match in the return bout...with Marco's confidence not quite being what it had been beforehand.
