Saad Muhammad never looked out of shape, but he did struggle mightily to make weight for the first Braxton fight. Still, visually, he looked in good shape in that fight except his muscle definition was a little less obvious than in previous fights.

Anyone remember James Scott? LHW, defeated (then) Eddie Gregory ... fought out of Rahway State Prison on a special program for inmates. Always in fantastic shape; then again, when you're locked up 24 hours a day, what else is there to do?

Not often ,, but he did run out of gas at times .. I would say Greb, Pep and Tunney are better examples of guys not previously mentioned

True but running out of gas was not due to his being out of shape. His stamina was average is all. I've seen Hagler tire hard and he was always in shape.
