I trained at Fraziers in the early 90's and Joe was very straight forward and spoke his mind. My Pop is that way so I liked that but he had this aura around him that u new and he new that he was fully capable of beating the **** out of anyone that got on his bad side. Most intimidating man I ever met.

Andrew Golota, of all people, was very intimidating outside the ring. I remember being at a fight in Chicago years ago, and Golota was walking around on the floor of the arena in his street clothes ... and people got the hell out of his way.

Nobody was making jokes or asking for his picture. The look on everyone's faces was: "Oh ****, there's Andrew Golota. Don't look at him."

Funny thing is, my wife has a tennis coach and her coach's son was getting ready to play Golota's son in a tennis tournament recently. And all the kids in the tournament were afraid of Golota's son, because they said he "has a bad temper."

I told her: "I'm sure he does."

    So great.

Foreman was a genuine badass...he would have killed Muhammad Ali in a street fight.

Trevor Berbick always seemed a pretty strange and menacing guy outside the ring.
