Who are some fighters that had weaknesses against particular shot? An example would be Eusebio Pedroza.

early in his career stopped by Alfonso Zamora with an overhand right as he leaned to the right with his left hand low, to throw his own right hand. Then later in his career hurt with the same shot by Rocky Lockridge and then dropped with the same shot by Barry McGuigan.

Tip, great subject matter. I will throw out Kostya Tszyu. I recently watched and scored his bouts with Vince Phillips and Jesse James Leija and I noted in my write-ups that for all his lengthy amateur career and successful pro career, he did not seem to have a defense to the right hand. These two could hit him with a lead or overhand right anytime they wanted to. Again, amazing that he would have no defense to this punch for as long as he was in the game.

Carl The Truth Williams got lazy with his right and caught some devastating left hooks.

I remember one fight in particular between Chris Tiozzo and In Chul Baek. Now, Baek was never noted for defense, but I was stunned to find his defense to an overhand right to be literally non-existent. In the 4th round Tiozzo caught him with this punch. Then he repeated it. Then he repeated it again. A sucker punch like an overhand right 3 times in a row and he could do nothing to prevent it. It was like a gap in the barbed wire fence with a welcome mat.

Ali seemed to get caught with left hooks cleanly. Esp early on on his career. Cooper nailed him, and Jones repeatedly caught him with the hook, and of course his Frazier did.
Holmes and Lewis seemed to get caught with overhand rights. Benitez seemed to get caught with the jab, it was a prerequisite to beat him in his prime because it set up the rest of the opponents offense.

Fernando Vargas never seemed to be able to stop left hooks. Dropped and KOed by Trinidad, DLH and Mosely - all left hooks. When in trouble he had this belief that his own left hook could get him out of trouble and he would be caught trying to load up his own. He never fixed that glaring defensive weakness.

The bane of all southpaws is a lead right. Always regarded as a sucker punch, but when thrown correctly it had great results. And apparently none moreso than on Yoko Gushiken. Admittedly, one fighter in particular seemed to have this hex on the southpaw Gushiken and that was Pedro Flores. Never possessing an awe-inspiring record, Flores, nonetheless, couldn't seem to miss Gushiken in both of their fights with that punch. And both fights were tight, competitive and very enjoyable.
