Good points, I guess most people just haven't been aware of his power before the Pacquiao knockout. Although the point of this thread was about people who have good knockout ratios, despite not having great power, so I'm not sure if he fits that category?

lol marquez not a ko puncher ? him and his brother have power and sick combos , jmm kod kats diaz etc at 135 in his mid 30s , the dude was nazs mandatory for years at 126 ... i think ricky hatton and amir khan both had quite high ko % (66ish) yet neither has true 1 punch power imo , and frakie gaving has 11 inside of 15 . yet couldnt crack an egg at the weight hes fighting at

Yeah JMM doesn't belong, he does have real KO power.

Hatton and Khan are good mentions for guys who don't have great punching power, but have very respectable KO percentages.

Hatton really cut his career short with his lack of dedication, bloating up between fights etc. he was really exciting to watch before he went on the decline, he never stopped coming, constant pressure.
