I still do because I know how those fights end up . You can only look at the odd clip and wish your heros won. I can watch the whole fight and enjoy the action knowing that a shot bloated Calzaghe went up a division and beat Americas 2 legends :hi:

:lol:Fair enough...and I'll enjoy watching all you chinchecking ***s try to make the world forget that the overrated welch wop was hiding a glass jaw by fighting subpar or past it competition.

Joiner has a job which requires him to exit forums and make a living. Not everybody can subsist on Joe's nuts.

How do you get a glass jaw? He was never once out on his feet. 46-0 :happy
Still if you think thats true. How embarrassing that he made American legend Hopkins look for time out and have to hang on and try and get points deducted because he couldnt win. Or that Jones was schooled by Calzaghe right at the end of Calzaghes career .
In fact Hopkins has been down more than Calzaghe in his career, twice by Mercado, twice by Pascal, got put down by Echoles only to get away without a count, put down by Jones only to get away without a count and has had to lay on the floor how many times.
I bet you were taken in by the fall to the floor against Dawson
If you want to see a glass chin, just look at Jones. How many times has he been KOd

Past it comp. You forget Calzaghe was closer to the end of his career than Jones and Hopkins

Kirklaind Laing was a sweet,pipe-suckin slickster, but I don't ever see him beating a fit and focused Duran.
I'm a big Lloyd Honeyghan fan but I think him beating Curry was one of the best examples of catching a great fighter at EXACTLY the right time.
I know McGuigan never achieved as much as we hoped but I still think he always beats Cruz at any other venue or even time of day at the same venue.

I will never devote as much of my time to one fighter as you do to Slappy Joe. When it comes to thorough, obsessive research and adoration of a fighter, you take the cake.
