    Young Griffo drew with ATGs Joe Gans, George Dixon (multipe times), Frank Erne and George Lavigne. I find these results more impressive than any of his wins.

    Rosendo Alvarez's draw with Ricardo Lopez was probably the best result of his career.

    Ernesto Marcel’s “draw” against Kuniaki Shibata was a fine performance and a great showing of his abilities.

    Willie Pep had an unbeaten streak from 1943 to 1948, spanning 73 fights between Angott and Saddler. However, he had a draw against a fighter named Jimmy McAllister (63-36-3) in 1945, which was of course Jimmy's most notable bout.
