Abraham hits hard with pretty much every punch.

    Tyson also.

Kessler also have 1 punch stopped people to the liver, kidney, uppercut, hooks, and straight punches.

Hagler had KO power in either hand and Benn at MW.

Trinidad would be another off the top of my head.

Actually with George Foreman it's just about every punch in the arsenal
I seen him take a dude out with a jab, a left hook, he took Cooney out with a Overhand right, and finished em off with a insane left uppercut, his right uppercut is most probably the best in heavyweight history, he put Frazier down with 1 of everything in the book, finished Moorer off with a right hand that traveled like 8 inches, he was just an insanely powerful dude

Hagler's power was mostly in the right hand (right hook). For such a well-rounded fighter, I actually thought he had a rather underdeveloped/underutilized straight left hand.

Seemed better when he looped the left hand, or threw an uppercut.

A strange thing about the uppercut is that it rarely knocks guys out clean. It's a devastating punch, but when you look at one shot KOs, they are far more prevalent with left hooks (harder to see coming), and straight rights, than
    uppercuts.

I don't know if it's the neck supporting the fighter or what. Lewis had a terrific right uppercut, but the only time I can remember him KOing a fighter with it was Grant, and that came after 3 KDs and aided by holding. Oh and when he hit Fortune with like 4 straight uppercuts.

It seems harder to really use it as that KO punch.

Tyson's right hand and right hook were both devastating, as well as his left hook and uppercut. He had serious KO power on everything he threw.
