Fighters with good straight right hand leads

I liked those sizzling right leads early that he was belting Foreman with. Taking into account Foremans incredible wins early over high level fighters Ali's early assault was mesmerising.

 

Come to think of it, when did Gomez use the right as a lead?

 

Not all that often from memory.

 

Does anyone remember the second fight between Johnny Tapia and Paulie Ayala ...Tapia landed 3 right hands in a row

 

Emile Griffith (who's he?) had an excellent right lead. It was a subtle, points scoring type of punch...unlike most of the more dynamic names mentioned here.

Johnny Bratton had a great one. Can’t believe I didn’t mention him earlier. He could throw it a lot of different ways, but that was his specialty punch. His “Jinx”, if you will.
