Well beat me to it but I was going to say James Toney, his training consisted of only sparring. He hated road work and his physique suffered as a result.

But he always had decent performances.

 

He came back from two early knockdowns to return the favor in upsetting Rossman, one from a devastating hook. (This is part of what made Ranquello-Rossman such a sensational result. Mike looked impressive and powerful in the early going, but just couldn't stop those wildly amateurish hay maker rights repeatedly coming in over the top.)
