Vitali for sure...Mayweather, McCall. We'll see how good Stiverne's is this weekend I think he has a good beard.

Some people do not know what is a granite chin, mentioning Brook and Alexander out there, Floyd had a good chin but not great He is just hard to hit and have great conditioning to recuperate fighters like Mosley, Corley and Judah stun him but could not manage to hit him more.

    Agreed .

Judging from certain answers I see in here it's clear people can't tell the difference between Iron ,good ,average .

    There are levels .

Every fighter that ever fought consistently at the upper echelon for a lengthy period of time has been stunned. Every single one, including those regarded as having the most iron chins of all time.

Chuvalo was stunned. Basilio was stunned. Rocky was stunned. The Bull was stunned. Foreman was stunned.

You don't mix with ATG talent without at least getting visibly hurt a couple of times, no matter how sturdy you are. It just doesn't happen, ever. This is boxing.

I don't see how you can say Mayweather's chin is "merely" good when the very fact that he was stunned by good fighters only to recover (and win) suggests it was more - even with his style very much emphasizing the "...and not get hit" aspect of the sport.

    Clearly a rare breed...

    Floyd
    Paulie M.
    Bernard Hopkins (to a degree)

You clearly missed the TS focal point here....great defensive fighters with excellent chins.

At least I'm assuming this is what he's looking for.

You responded to yourself, why i think floyd have a good chin not great is that good chin, can take a good punch recuperate continues to fight, great chin take a heck of a punch recuperate continue to fight. floyd have been stunned by good punches not heck of punches. Floyd chin is good by nothing bad but my opinion is that He do not have a great chin like the one described in the tread.
