i thought your supposed to bring what you learn on the pads to the matches. usually the guys who do well have an ugly style, it works.
pacman is wild fighter, he dont throw real combos all i see him doing is those fast 1..2 flurries over and over. rock n sock at crazy pace, wild, out of control until a good punch puts him back in control. miles from a technical boxer but a little more craft then a slugger not much. khan has a little more craft then pacman but he also throws those 1..2 punches back to back to back for a 6 piece flurry not combo.hyper fighting ass fighter. john ruiz, wald, viltli, hopkins (depending on who hes fighting). past prime mosley and winky were horrible to watch.
The way Hopkins throw his straight right is very effective, but he looks like a dirty fighter with the way he bend his head down.
Really can't believe people say Wlad has an "ugly" style. He has textbook BEAUTIFUL punches, jab, cross, left hook. Couple that with great footwork and I can't see how you can call his style ugly. HOPKINS has an ugly style. Headbutt, hold, act, right hand. Boring.
