This is the pro game, you know Sanders sucked when you have to start using his amateur fights.

The fact is, Botha fought at a much higher level than Sanders and actually won a title.

Sanders did NOTHING of note except beat Wladmir and Michael ****ing Sprott.

    Michael ****ing Sprott!!!!!

Tyson would have laid Sanders flat out.

Liston- if you believe the Ali fights were legit, he had a questionable resume.
On any given day he could beat anyone h2h.

Who in the living HELL does Paul Spadafora do well against H2H?

The best opponent Spaddy ever fought was Dorin, who beat his ass and got jobbed with a draw.

We could make a thread 10 pages long of lightweights in history who beat Spaddy.

So you're critiquing his resume to prove that he wouldn't do well head to head? Did you read the thread title?

If you think that Spadafora would beat Mayweather at all, let alone "quite comprehensively" in a real fight, then you don't know [enough] about boxing.

Pick fighters who march forward and lack reach, and he's a tough match up. He'd also be tricky for a lot of boxers. His best performance was against Pito Cardona.

If you KNEW anything about boxing you'd know the truth. Ready for it? Spaddy was getting ready for a fight. Floyd had just returned to the gym. Floyd was beating Spaddy easily, then got tired because Spaddt was in better shape at the time.

That sparring session was Spaddy's ENTIRE claim to fame.

Floyd offered Spaddy a million dollar payday to fight him, circa 2003. Spaddy turned it down.

He wasn't confident of beating Floyd for real, because he knew he wouldn't.

Because of all the trash Spaddy talked about that sparring session, Floyd would have surely made it a point to give him a bad beating.
