im curious if anybody in the know, knows anything about eather Judah Tyson wlads training ways..... does judah lift weights? i find it hard to believe since hes so fast, but then again hes got such solid muscle mass... also tyson... does anyone know if the guy lifted weights, or just did tons and tons of pushups and how many? im just curious.... how these guys are so big, and yet so fast, and what they did to be like that or if its just genetics...
