I respect your oppinion and yor point is well taken. I agree when you put it that way! But I still had love for the guy.
*Takes off the glove, shakes his hand*. (Sorry, but I won't go as far as kissing you on the forehead like PBF did to Hatton!) It would have been easier not to reply at all!
I care about Roy Jones Jr and I am starting to care about Calzaghe; who better win or my bank balence is down the shitter,
>. I was sad to see Oscar De La Hoya robbed of the Felix Trinidad fight, I was truly depressed. >. I was also scared Oscar could have lost his fight against then unbeaten Felix Sturm, Oscar underestimated Sturm (he said in an interview before the fight he didn't no a lot about Sturm but new he had a decent jab). Oscar also didn't train for the fight and appeared out of shape. I was sad to see him get hit with shots he could have avoided if he had trained properly, and having watched him over the years he had such a 100% focused attitude towards fights to see him against Sturm was hard to watch. >. Also watching De La Hoya's ko defeat against Bernard Hopkins was hard for me as he was winning the fight I was devastated, but at the same time I was proud of Oscar as he attempted something no other had achieved fighting the undisputed Middleweight Champion for 12 years reigning, moving up in weight. 'Respect'.
While its pretty hard to feel bad for a millionare i have to go with jermaine taylor. He may have been apart of some bad decisions, but its not like JT was the actual judges, some were even calling him garbage just becuase he lost to pavlik. The the way HBO put added pressure on him by trying to groom him into something he never was also pretty messed up. I wish him well at 168, because the guy never trash talks or ducks anyone really.
1. Sugar Ray Leonard - sad to see a legend defeated by old age 2. Roy Jones Jr. - same as Leonard 3. Mike Tyson - Painful to watch a shot Tyson beaten by people whom he could easily koed in his prime. 4. Edito "Ala" Villamor - The original idol of Manny Pac. Its hard to see him retire after 2 championship fight loses, once against a champion from Thailand and the other against the great el finito.
I was sickened when Pavlik knocked out Taylor, I don't know why because I don't even like Taylor that much.
Roy Jones jr., I actually can't watch him getting knocked out, I avoid the videos of it completely. I saw the Tarver and the Johnson ones each once and they bothered the hell out of me. Something inside of me just gets so frustrated, I watched him growing up. Also when Kelly Pavlik got knocked down in the second round. When I was around 13 or 14, I chose 2 fighters to watch from the begining and follow them closely. One was Dominic Guinn and the other was Kelly Pavlik. To see Kelly from his first fight to the championship made me fell like I know him, luckily he knocked Jermaine out.
Julio Cesar Chavez - 96' and beyond, ODLH fight... Rafael Ruelas - ODLH fight... Jorge Paez - ODLH fight... Luis Ramon Campas - ODLH fight... Jesse James Leija - ODLH fight... Genaro Hernandez - ODLH fight... Arturo Gatti - ODLH fight... wait a minute...come to think about it. **** De La Hoya...lol (Nah not really, but yeah **** him)
