Agree with Chavez, I hated how Whitaker was robbed against him and even though that wasn't JCC's fault, he never had the humility to admit afterwards that Pea schooled him. I'm also not a big Toney fan, purely because he is a fat loudmouth who never lived up to expectations, even though he is one of the nost naturally gifted fighters ive seen.

allthough i am not a big tyson fan one has to be honest. and a lot of people bash him but let's be true he cleaned out the division in the 80ties. and i enjoyed to watch his fights. the only shortcomings mike has are those of the mental/psycological kind

Pernell Whitaker. Great skills boring to watch.

    Virgill Hill.
In his earlier years, he was one of those guys that just never got any attention, or much attention anyway. Bland. Non-descript. Not hated, just not watched.
They even got tired of him in Bismarck eventually, and that was one place where he could fill the arena.

He did sort of redeem himself later in his career though, in my view.

Some of Mike Tyson's personality traits that asserted themselves in his later career, made me look at him in a negative light. And although I admired Sugar Ray Leonard as a boxer, there was something about his personality that stopped me warming to him as a person. I can't quite put my finger on what it was. A little too calculating, maybe ?

Lots to be honest-Ali, Leonard, McGuigan, Dempsey to name a few. Not all of them for a very good reason to be honest. A lot of them just seem to irk me.

In recent times it's Pacquaio and Barrera. Probably bias because I grew up watching Erik Morales. Saying that, I can sometimes change my mind on people. I hated Hamed and Eubank for a long time but now I wish they were still around. Also if it wasn't for the general hysteria surrounding everything that Pac does my stance on him would soften. I think I'll always despise Barrera.

I dont like Barrera either, a lot of that is probably due to Morales being my favourite fighter but most of it is the way he acts & things he does, great fighter tho, always respected his ability in the ring.

I also hated Eubank with a passion & went from ecstatic, watching Watson school him in that 2nd fight, to severe rage & sadness watching him score that lucky KO... I actually missed his 1st defeat to Collins, I was overjoyed when I heard he lost but felt cheated that I never got to see it live after having sat thru many a victory (& 1 draw vs Benn)
I have nothing but the deepest respect for Eubank now tho, a true warrior & very good boxer.
