your dead on about paul williams
I also think chad dawson shouldv stayed with SR he has the style and he looks to be more defensive minded.

Alan greene and Miranda would be really good with buddy mcgirt

Naz Richardson hasn't been mentioned yet, I think he could better a lot of fighters out there.

Cotto, I've heard his trainer(uncle) never really teaches him anything or makes him work on anything. He's better off with Floyd Sr. or Roach.

man, i think if jermaine taylor was able to work on those minor glitches he'd have major results. roach is the best today, but i think steward is up there as well and if jermaine wasn't able to listen to steward... he should of blasted through ouma and spinks and work on his defense and pace himself alittle more he would not of have lost those 2 important fights vs. pavlik and especially froch. freitas was another fighter i think could of been great with a different trainer.

Steward tried to make Taylor get creative... Taylor isn't creative... he needs a disciplinarian in his corner, someone on his ass to follow a specific set of orders.

Can you imagine what Shane Mosley's career had been like if he'd been with a real trainer like Nazim instead of his father for most of it?

Judah with Floyd Sr. Needs a trainer to get him focused and give him good ring advice

Not every trainer needs to be like Floyd Sr. A trainer and boxer with friction isn't healthy at all.

I think Cotto with a good trainer would be amazing. Offensively Cotto is one of the most complete fighters. Just needs some tweaks in his defense.

Yup . . . Roach has the ability:

. . . to communicate to his fighters on the same channel . . . same level.
. . . analyze opponents movements and prepare a good battle plan.

. . . to prepare his fighters physically and pyschologically

UNFORTUNATELY . . . Roach or any other coach . . . can only be recognized and complemented based of his fighters success.

I seriously think these 3 fighters...

    1) Yuriorkis Gamboa with Nacho ... I think he would be unstopable if he were with nacho, nacho would give him all he needs, mantain focus in the fight, he would learn defense and how to keep the hands up he would give him ring intelligence not just going like a mini mike tyson, i think he would be great...

    2) Berto with Nacho too... Berto kind of reminds me a young meldrick taylor, if gets out of his game plan he starts to brawl and having all those physical attributes make him fun to watch but I think he would be great with a trainer like nacho...

    3) Judah with Roach... Roach would help him how to have a game plan and he would exploit all zab speed, and quicknees just like many i think...

Adding... JC Jr with Nacho, the kid needs a serious trainer I seriously ask my self every time i watch him, why in hell does his trainer not teach him how to jab? the kid has power nice combinations but he doesnt know how to use the ****ing jab having that reach? The kid has chin, power, average speed and he needs stamina head movement and ring intelligence, nacho could give that to him...
