Valouev should change trainers, needs to get back to being agressive again. We will see how he does against Chagaev in rematch.

valuev is too slow, i don't think any trainer can help him on that. the guy has very limited BOXING ability and most of his title wins were gift decisions by the hometown judges

Samuel Peter with Teddy Atlas.... Atlas would make him come in top shape or kick him out of his gym and maybe just maybe Teddy could light a fire under Sam's ass and motivate him to wanna be great.. I'm not saying peter would be great but could be a hell of alot better then he is now

Berto. -- Nacho (would never happen though, LANGUAGE!) or. Buddy McGirt

Juan Diaz. -- Nacho or. Brother Naazim Richardson or. Emmanuel Steward

    Paul Williams. -- Roach

Zab Judah. -- Brother Naazim Richardson or Billy Graham (they're the only two who could really dig into him & get him working in the gym + relatively disciplined. Roach, Emmanuel Steward, Nacho.- if lingo weren't an issue - could really mould him into a genuinely GREAT fighter rather than a could've-been.... but none of those 3 are assertive enough to sort Judah out!)

    Malignaggi - Floyd Sr.

Amir Khan -- (Not Now.. but say 5 or 6 years down the line) A Mayweather not named Jeff (Roach is very good for him but the only thing I'm not seeing is something critical for this young lad: HEAD MOVEMENT!!!.. plus I'm sure working with a Mayweather could help slick him up!... teach him how to fight off the back foot also)

JCC Jr. -- Nacho. (who else? lol)

The gameplan for anyone fighting Pacquiao in the future was made in Mexico.

    2 blue-prints: Morales blueprint & Marquez blueprint.

You gotta be damn good to carry either out. And only 2 people can carry the Marquez plan out successfully (Marquez himself & the other is none other than PrettyBoy... Floyd.. Mayweather... Jr!)

but that's neither here nor there.

Naazim is a great tactician... who never got the props he deserved.

Trainers do not mean as much as people think. If you have a good one like Steward and he trained Hearns for years, that matters, but not having one step in when the guy is already a professional and fighting well. Means nothing.

Billy Graham? You have to be kidding me. Judah needs a trainer that will get him focus, give him good ring advice, and make him disciplined, someone like Freddie Roach or Floyd Mayweather Sr. As a matter fact Floyd Mayweather Sr. was training Judah for the canceled Mosley-Judah fight.

It all depends on the boxer, some boxers need a new trainer, some don't. Chris Byrd had his dad as his trainer for his entire career worked out for him. When Mosley switched trainers from his dad, it worked out for him too.
