Pat Passley - He won the ABA Super heavy weight belt and then went pro

Kelly Oliver - Young ABA Light Heavy champ, but did not make it as a paid Cruiser

Darren Dyer - Welter he blew hot and cold, and on his night was a real danger man

Chris Okoh - Commonwealth cruiser champ I tipped for world honours

Wayne Buck - A power lifter turned fighter. I got carried away with his early KO's

    Eamon Magee.

I know his style wasnt to everyones taste but the guy could box and fight and was tough as teak.

Anyhow, i started to re-evaluate my pick when he fought Shea Neary and in my eyes he was awful.

Then he drops Hatton, i thought he'd finish him and then gets outboxed the rest of the fight.

I never thought he'd be the best but i thought he could have gone on to challenge for the title.

I picked 'Greenbean' to go on and do good things years ago until his love of butter popcorn took over his training and ultimately changed his alias !

didnt Spencer Oliver get injured or wa that another British lower weight fighter who turned to commentary

i have never really tipped a fighter but JuanMa Lopez before he became champ

i had high hopes for Ray Bautista but he got done by Ponce De Leon and he was lucky in his last fight if i remmeber right on an hatton undercard.

Kelly Oliver for me too. Lives just near me. Shame cos he had good tools but I think personal stuff kept him out of the ring. Tried a come-back recently but he's like 34 now and had a good 5 years out of the ring

good call, so many if's with this guy but he was a excellent boxer who could mix it up and tough as u said. maybe if he hadnt spent half of his training camps takin e's and sitin in the pub in ardoyne from morning to night as well as being shot by the IRA he could have been a solid world champ
