Fighters you would make favourites against Lennox Lewis?

Holmes I think would outjab Lewis and win a decision.

Ali at his best would be too mobile/fast and would wear down Lewis who's stamina could sometimes be a little suspect overall I see Ali winning a decision.

The others not so much for me with Frazier doing the worst overall he's too small and doesn't have the right hand to trouble Lewis.

Foreman would have a punchers chance but I'd still make Lewis the favourite.

 

Riddick Bowe was the favourite in 1992/93 when they were supposed to fight.

 

Those four would be pushes, and imho, those are the only four who would be pushes on Lennox's best night.

 

I think Foreman gasses out.
I think Frazier cannot get to him.


Ali would probably win, Holmes is a push.

 

Usyk, Wlad and Vitali I'd give good odds of beating Lennox maybe Fury as well if he was in shape. They all have the tools to make him uncomfortable and give him issues. But even then Lennox has the tools to beat them all so wouldn't make anyone a heavy favorite.

 

-Foreman is 50:50 depending on which version of Lewis and the ref/ring size
-Lewis beats Frazier 8/10
-Ali would win a close or split decision in the early 70's, but Lewis beats late 70's Ali.
-I would favor that version of Holmes over Lewis.

Outside of these 4, I think I'd favor Wladmir and Prime Witherspoon over Lewis, those would be very dangerous clashes of styles.

Why would you favor Vitali over a prime Lewis when an out of shape old Lewis rearranged his face?

Getting your face rearranged doesn't look like winning to me. Obviously his defense was terrible in that fight, and a prime Lewis would do worse.

Prime Holmes, thats the only person I favor. Usyk, Ali, prime Holyfield, those are 50/50. Fury got a mention ? He would get mauled, no way does he beat a game Lewis

 

Vitali was outboxing him in rounds but Lewis caused the cut so he did deserve the win.
