Fighters you'd be fans of it wasn't for ESB nuthuggers

I'm not sure what the logic behind that is

If they are Calzaghe fans that hate Dawson, why would they all vote for Pavlik so much considering we are supposed to hate him too :huh

I don't think there is any great conspiracy. Only that Dawson is underrated on these boards, and Pavlik somewhat overrated

 

I like Wladimir and I like Pacman but I want these guys to lose to bring their fans down a notch.

 

Well I can't explain it either, except for maybe that Dawson's latest fight was fresh in their minds. Look at the damn thread.:yep I found it highly amusing too how many Calzaga-turds were voting for Pavlik myself. Can't explain it though.

Not really. I rate fighters like Kessler, Eubank, Hopkins and Reid highly to name but a few

Well that would be because Pavlikites like to pretend Mikkel Kessler has ceased to exist, as they know he'll likely KTFO Pavlik

The point is, some of us still rate other fighters. I think Dawson is pretty good, even if people pick him to beat Joe. Hell, I think he'll beat Joe if it happens too late...in say 5 years

 

childish stuff. if anyone would hate someone because of their fans, they are either teens or immatures. i understands that some fans are quite annoying but it's not their fault. the fighters don't even know who their fans are.

Haw can Dawson be underrated? The majority here said he was the next great fighter after he beat Adamek. His performance against Johnson speaks for it self though, if he dominated Johnson then I'd say he's a great fighter.

 

PAVLIK. let him face a speedy, skillful boxer like calzaghe and he'll get schooled. some people overrate him here at esb
