What has Bob Arum(the guy who can make the fight on the side of Pacquiao) actually done to make the fight. We know he refuses to negotiate with golden boy. And we know he sent Papa Jo, Tito and Jermaine Jackson along with Koncz to discuss a measly 100 mill split(50/50) for both fighters in which the fight would earn each guy more than 70mill easy regardless.. Humm. What does a rationale normal human being think of this? What makes sense and what don't make sense?
