G'day Escudo, I thought you might enjoy these two links , amigo. http://fightland.vice.com/blog/the-fall-of-samart-one-fight-two-stories https://www.ringtv.com/479284-best-faced-jeff-fenech/ I remember watching the fight on Aussie network tv as a young 21 year old kid n I reckon it was Fenech's peak as he does himself. Very much enjoyed your piece on Imgur. Cheers Mate.
1 Jack Slack is the guy who inspired me to write these articles. He's the only living fight writer that I fully and openly admit is better than I am. Jack Slack is the king of this game and I've been reading him for years now, since he was on bloody elbow. Re-reading that article I stick by that statement. 2. TBH I don't know much of Fenech but Azumah was the obvious choices for what Fenech said. Seems like a straight shooter.
Great stuff here. The Villasana fight is one of my all time favorite fights. Fenech is also an all time favourite of mine. In his prime just amazing to watch. He could do 20 rds of perpetual motion if he had to. Relentless pressure like not many others. A great fighter IMO
