Let's say prime Chang eats a healthy dinner and winds up being a flyweight vs Harada of the first Kingpetch fight. Who wins?
Horrible matchup for Chang IMO. He's not really in with a 'bigger version of himself' but he's in with a bigger, harder hitting fighter who he isn't going to hurt all that often. If he swarms, Harada will land the heavier blows, push him back and beat him up. Of Chang tries his jazzy mid-range stuff Harada can outbox him, and can still unload his both hands. Usually, I'd pick Chang to beat a fighter like this. He has a crafty inside game where he could make it look like it was him being tangled up when in fact he knew how to work there and get himself back together if he was ****ed. He has the offensive variety and seamless blending of offence and defence to see him get the better in the exchanges with most, and the speed of hand and foot to get in and out on a harder punching foe. This would be a great tear up while it lasts. I see Harada overwhelming and tired Chang in the latter stages of a 15 round fight. It would be an epic battle between two fighters I'm a self-confessed lover of. Harada just has less to deal with than Chang does when trying to implement his game.
