lol nice sounds good , i was thinking of getting a blender and then when i forget to eat my 5 pieces of fruit a day which i forget everday atsch then i could throw it all in a blender and drink it even if it tastes crap i dont care , cant taste as bad as what i drink on a night out sometimes
I usually have a proper meal 3 hours before. And something toe at in between, an hour before. Fruit usually.
I always ate Kiwi. Kiwis have a lot of natural sugars without filling you up. plus they are so damn tasty Good energy boosters.
