fighting on the "inside?" drill

    i just saw this clip of two kids ging through a drill for inside fighting on an mma forum and thought id share it here.

    Ive personally never seen anything quite like but think its intriguing.

    What do people think of this?

    not sure what the video is as im in work and can't view it but we use a HGV tyre at our gym each boxer has a front foot in so no retreat and have sparring rounds like that
