Here is my review of the Fighting Sports Glove that is manufactured in China, and designed by Title.

Fighting Sports Tri-Tech line and the Title Platinum Paramount are similar design and cut. The difference is the foam and leather quality is supposidely different. The Fighting Sports model is currently selling for $100 while the Title Platinum Paramount is priced at $80. I thought the Title Platinum Paramount grey and black color was really dull. There are three types of Fighting Sport Tri-Tech gloves. There is the laceup, hook and loop strap and hook and loop with a 360-degree wrap around that goes over the hook and loop strap.

I picked the hook and loop strap because of the ease of throwing these gloves on. In review of the strap it looks like the elasticity of the strap will eventually go out in time causing issues trying to make glove really tightly against the hand. Some gyms will not allow you to spar with these hook and loop gloves if they do not include the 360-degree wrap because of the velcro strap can damage your opponents skin if it rubs during close contact. If the strap goes out a local shoe repair store can fix the gloves by replacing the strap with a new one or add additional velcro to compensate for the stretched strap.

During the sparring session they performed okay. The gloves seemed a little bulky compared to other 16oz gloves but they still needed to broken into. Hopefully the bulky condition is only because it was the first time using the glove. The best part about the glove was the grip inside the glove. The grip was natural and comforting, which I thought was more ergonimical when comparing to other gloves such as the ultimate classic, title, promex, and everlast.

Based on my experience I would order these gloves in the future. If you order them but decide you do not like them then title will exchange them for you with another brand. Title Boxing is pretty relaxed about their returns for exchange or credit.

The matching headgear and groin protector is way overpriced.

    Great review man.

I had a close encounter with a guy's hooks on a hook and loop glove. Didn't think much of it the day it happened but that thing burnt like hell after training and looked like a rug burn on the side of my noggin'! Not a good look.

Great review. I've been saying for a few months now, after owning Title, Everlast, and Ringside bag gloves, my Fighting Sports tri tech are the best.
