I've notice a few threads that say that "Canelo is ducking GGG" and others that claim that "GGG has ducked other fighters" who were not "MONEY" fights like Lara and Ward.

Then you have another few threads claiming that Mayweather was ducking 100 others fighters during a period where he was only taking "BIG MONEY" fights like Hatton, Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz, Cotto.

Mayweather was guaranteed $32 million dollars for each of these fights and would not have made that fighting Paul Willams, Winky Wright, or Antonio Margarito. None of those guys have ever fought in a match that generated that much money and no Pacquiao vs Margarito did not make Manny $20 mill he did not make that type of money until the first Bradley fight.

So for the majority of Manny's PPV run he was only making $8 million tops and the latter part he started making $20 mill per fight.

Before both guys got any 8 figure fights they had to sacrifice and bend for others in order to make it to that level, so what makes Golovkin different? I know that he was turned down lineally by Martinez, Cotto, and is now contract dancing with Canelo, but each one of these guys have paid dues at some point.

1.Sergio Martinez got raked over a few times by the WBC who stripped him of his belt and "gave" it to Chavez Jr. and Sergio had to fight him to get it back. Also the stripping the WBO belt he won off of Pavlik was taken right after the fight. So he took a BIG MONEY fight with Cotto instead of fighting GGG, why not? Did he not pay his dues?

2.We all know Miguel Cotto's fight history. From fighting 2 "fan suspected" cheaters to being almost knocked out by Mayweather and getting thrashed by a high level journeyman in Austin Trout, Cotto has had a fight history that could fill a novel. He became the first 4 division Puerto Rican champion in history. Just fought in a BIG MONEY fight with a young lion and went out on his feet. He passed on fighting Golovkin for a money fight with Canelo. Has he not paid his dues?

3.Saul Alvarez has had the world given to him in boxing and still has the drive to go out and earn it the hard way. He fought everybody that people said he wouldn't and yet still you call him a coward. He does have to negotiate anything with K2 and can drop down and fight anyone for no belt at all and still make millions. At 25 he has the money and the fame, why fight a 35 year old barely known outside of the hardcore boxing fan base? Because he wants to prove to the world that he will fight anybody. Canelo gets the blame for negotiation tactics used by his promoter, but nobody blamed Pacquiao a few years ago for the same ****. Plus did'nt Canelo beg and drain down to get his first BIG MONEY fight with Floyd? Has he not paid his dues?

If you want those big money fights you ave to pay your dues and do what you have to do. If not then see the careers of Sven Ottke and Dariusz Michalczewski who never left Germany and nobody cares for them to this day. Why come to America if you don't want to pay your dues?
