i'm not mad about anything. 11-20 years ago is a whole different era of guys. Then your talking about Roy Jones Jr, Holyfield and tyson and people like that. People from within the past 10 years are STILL BOXING today for the most part.

and I'm just sick of people talking about floyd.... 90% of the fights people say floyd ducked he didn't even duck. The only fight that was in high demand was cotto. Only a small percentage of people mentioned margarito and even LESS people mentioned paul williams. NOBODY mentioned kemit cintron and honestly nobody was talking about kosta tzyu like that at the time. Floyd was beating peoples ass at 147 and NOBODY was talking about Kosta tszyu. Lara, GGG, Martinez, Andrade, are more imaginary fights by idiots. NOBODY ever seriously mentions these guys.

Not talking smack but you should of been more clear on your opening post. When you say fights YOU wanted to see, it means ONE persons wish list, the same as asking who do YOU think are ATG's then ****ping on someones list, its personal preference and opinion.

    PW - Canelo
    SSM - Berto
    Castillo - Corrales III
    Canelo - Ortiz
    SSM - Ortiz

Off the top of my head

A few relatively recent off top of my head

Felix Sturm vs. Arthur Abraham - Was highly anticipated when they were both middleweight champions but they never materialized the fight for some reason. There's still hope for it to happen at SMW but it's not the same.

Andre Ward vs. Andre Dirrell - Two of the top American prospects were supposed to fight in the Super Six, but allegedly couldn't agree on the location and the fight eventually never happened. There's still some hope I guess.

Vitali Klitschko vs. Nikolay Valuev - Was in talks when Valuev was holding the WBA belt but Valuev's team didn't agree on terms. Then Valuev lost the belt and still wanted too much money, resulting him to eventually retire.

Felix Sturm vs. Sergio Martinez - Sturm was a longtime champion at the time Sergio won his belt, and this fight needed to happen in order to clear any dispute about who is the true #1. Not sure if they ever seriously discussed it, but I personally liked the match-up.

    There's probably plenty of more.

I can respect fights people want to see but when they are "hating" it just ruins the thread.... Saying floyd should have fought GGG, Demitrius Andrade and Sergio Martinez... That is hating.

edit: good picks by the way.

To be honest, i would of loved a Martinez-Mayweather bout, would it have been possible given the landscape? I'd say a very low chance, but one can dream haha. Andrade? Boxing gods no, GGG feasible IF he wins the MW title but nay, no happening. But then i understand to some extent why some people say it, not the trolls, the ones that look at it this way he fought ortiz, guerrero, and to a an extent maidana(though he gave a very good account of himself), just like pac fought rios and algieri, meaning if they fought these lower tier and not mainstream fighters why not fight these guys. Like i said i understand where some are coming from.

But yes the hate is hard for a lot of fighters. And knowing that people will try to categorize me into a side let me make this clear I AM A FAN OF BOXING (and i have fighters that i like to follow)!!! (An aspect many people on here seem to have forgotten, and in my opinion the difference between a real boxing fan and a casual) Sorry when the doobie is sparked i tend to ramble haha. But rant over.

    Lewis- Klit II
    Martinez-Williams III
    Khan-Peterson II???
    Pac-Cotto II
    Mayweather-Martinez (personal wishful thinking pick)
    SSM-Berto
    Ortiz-Berto II???

Anyone know any sub-FW picks that would of been exciting?
(Just beginning to study the lil guys so any potential matchups will be helpful in leading me in the direction of top notch and/or exciting fighters)

    In no particular order...

    Vitali-Valuev
    Haye-Fury
    DLH-Floyd rematch
    GGG-Oosthuizen

All these fights were VERY close to happening but were cancelled for one reason or another. The GGG fight probably seems like an odd choice, but I really wanted to see how he would have dealt with Oosthuizen's length.

Well to be fair to him. Floyd has done a lot not to give fans the best fights

    Marquez v Valero
    Floyd v Margarito
And the OP's pick of Pavlik v Williams is a great one! That would have been immense.
