Dude you don't understand that? What are the purpose of masking agents? Blood is PRE-PROCESSED. Less liver, kidney, and metabolic action. I am no PHD so I won't speculate further, but the testing request was/is REASONABLE. No you missed the point because like all *******s you leave out inconvenient facts in this scenario. The reason Pac said no to blood testing and gave cut offs was due to it "weaking him" and he would "be in heavy training". OK. So this is a physiological barrier to testing after 24 days? So theoretically even if he "sucked it up" it would still be detrimental to his training performance. Instead... not only did he test, the next day he did 9 rounds of hard sparring and looked great. WTF? Concede to an invasive test? This is a combat sport. Your sack gets out of wack a corner man will reach in your pants and fix it. Don't give me that invasive crap. This request for testing was as invasive as any trip to the doctor. Minimal at best and equal for both participants. BS argument. If that is the case then why in the hell does the Olympic committee test this way? Another BS analogy. A better one would be feeling a pain in your butt and your Doctor suggested a colonoscopy. Then you said, "Sure but first show me your degrees and a list of referals before I let you practice your craft." The Doctor may feel it was complete BS, but it would be a REASONABLE REQUEST. Asking a guy who is about to be paid to bash your head in to verify that he is doing so without the aid of PEDs is REASONABLE. Again, your argument doesn't even acknowledge why 24 days came into the picture. Because Pac was caught on tape blood testing. This and the 20 day test show that the damn test dates are arbitrary! They have no scientific or psychological basis or merit. He just throws them out to put ****** wrenches in negotiations. :yep Idiot that is the context that Team Mayweather asked for! Your boy Manny is the one who asked for testing cut offs. Therefore, by your own admission, undermining the effectiveness of testing! Again, you go on to show you don't know crap about Olympic style testing. It is a COMBINATION of blood and urine. How in the hell do you know this? If this was the case why is ANYONE doing blood testing? Your argument makes no sense!
:yep The last Pac excuse was right before the Clottey fight on the Jimmy Kimmel show....... "Mayweather is bigger. Its to his advantage to have blood testing. If I was bigger, it would be to my advantage." Most *******s have just ignored that one and made believe Pac did'nt say that. If I were to bring up what Pac said on the Kimmel show a year from now.......you'd have *******s claiming, "sourse?"......."Link?"......and "you're making **** up you hater.":yep
Beautifully said!:good Why most people cant look at it this way is really sad. Boxing needs to get with it so that boxers that want to do it cleanly and legity are not at a physical disadvantage. You are absolutely correct. At the very least every boxing commision should immediately make it a rule. If the fight is big enough, and any of the participants in a match asks for random and feasible testing which the promotion or the fighters themselves will pay for......the boxing commisions should be more than willing to facilitate that happening. .....any boxing commision that is not for this, should be ashamed of themselves.
Walking away from a drug test and giving up 30 million dollars is almost as good as testing positive itself
Thanks for the clarification on what you meant. I am cognizant of the concept you're referring to, it just was unclear the way you wrote it. Masking agents are tested for, and if they are so effective, why does anyone ever pop a positive test? Of course if he was weakened by the testing at this weight it would be detrimental to his performance. And he would still concede to the testing if the commission ordered it. After hearing the reports that he was able to spar after the 20 day blood test with seemingly no ill effects, I imagine he will be confident to go to a tighter cutoff. If he insists on 24 days after feeling fine after a 20 day test, I'd certainly criticize him for being unreasonable. Because they are potentially looking for different things. The analogy is sound. The point is that you'd be right to think the doctor should be able to diagnose what's wrong with your hand by looking at it or by running some other exams of your hand. Now if he told you that there was a disease of the colon that can cause pain in the extremities, you'd have a reasonable explanation for why a hand exam was not good enough. If you demand something out of the ordinary, you need to be prepared to explain why the ordinary ( or agreed upon testing) is inadequate. I know exactly why the #24 came about. I also understand that Pac wanted the blood cutoff as far away from the fight so he'd have plenty of time to recover from a procedure he believe(s/d) weakens him. When it was shown that he gave a required blood sample 24 days out, he conceded to that number. You still ignore who set the dates for the blood draws at 24 and 20 days. It wasn't Pac. He accepted them because that's required as part of his job (it doesn't mean he was happy to do it), catering to Floyd's demands weren't.
Jesus Christ, with this "Pac believes "it will weaken him mumbo jumbo. Its hillarious why people continue to use that excuse to side with Pacquiao's stance..... The proof of how ludicrous that excuse is comes right directly from Pac's own words, by himself admitting to that it could be a mental thing with him. Pac himself is admitting that he likely is'nt physically weakened with having blood drawn because the medical evidence supports that it wont......but he wants to backup his stance by weakly insinuating that it does'nt matter whether it weakens him physically....it weakens him mentally and thats all that matters.nutnut .....you cant get any weaker than that ****!
