Many to choose from, but I'd like to see both Jeffries-Fitzsimmons and Jeffries-Corbett fights. I've heard there was a film made of two actors acting out the first Jeff-Fitz fight, and even a re-enactment by the actual fighters of the knockout in the first fight. I am ever amazed at Fitzsimmons - there is not much available outside of his fight with Corbett and his much later fight with Bill Lang. Would love to see his bouts with Maher, Sharkey, and Ruhlin.

Eric Boon vs Robert Villemain, British fight of the year 1947...

a sobering reminder of the worth of TOP Men outside the USA, and also a reality check for Jake LaMotta hype.

These two fights exist in full.
