fights that made you start feeling old because a fighter aged in front of you?

i'm 33 and i think dlh is about 6 years older than me. i was about 12 or 13 watching him in the olympics, and i think he was about 18. followed most of his career even though i didn't like him. when i saw him against pac it just kind of dawned on me, oh **** your not that young anymore either. it truly felt like a change of times seeing dlh look like an old man. i mean i've seen rj koed brutally before that but he came out of the 88 olympics and but he's still like someone from another generation. as well as seeing tyson lose to danny williams and kevin mcbride. tyson came around when i was still in elementary school.

 

any paticular fight that made you feel that way. i know i feel my age again when i hear people say someone like cotto and margarito are shot or longer in their prime. i believe cotto is 31 and margarito is 32.

 

how old are you if you don't mind me asking? you grew up on him?

 

wow who got you into it at 5. wait until you see fighters close to your age start retiring or being called shot and over the hill. like canelo, or gary rusell jr., adrian broner etc.
