    Well if Pac wasn't scheduled to fight that...****...I'm pretty sure the heat being turned up on Pacquiao over Marquez would be telling. Who knows what will have happened to that momentum once the Oscar fight is over?

    So you think if Oscar had not been around, Floyd would have called it a career after Baldomir?

    I think regardless of whether or not De La Hoya was around after Baldomir, Floyd doesn't fight Cotto or Margarito. If he ever had any intention of doing so, he would have fought them after the Hoya fight, not Hatton.

    Trinidad vs Quartey is becuase Tito pulled out of that fight, back then nobody wanted to be the first to fight Ike, De La Hoya had the balls to be the first, and barley got the win.

    But the trinidad fight against Ike is not Oscars fault, that was Titos doing and Don Kings doing, I would have loved to see the fight, Ike is a sucker for the left hook, yet Tito cant seem to stop a ****ing Jab.

    oscar - tito 2 didnt happen because tito didnt want to fight a fighter he had already 'beaten' for less money.

    that's also why mosley 3 wasn't made.
