    That fight really exposed him.

    He had Tyson too tense and pivoting too much when he should have been waiting on his kill at his advanced age.

    He's obviously not gonna win them all. All things considered, he is at the top of the pile. Who is his competition at this moment? Steward? Richardson? Those guys are great but Roach appears to be in a class of his own. I'm most impressed with how he's helped turned things around for Khan. I used to be a fan of Roach until he started spewing garbage. Trash talking is like a unique outfit. It has to be worn the right way by the right person in order to look good.

    Eddie Futch's Joe Frazier lost.

    Does that mean he's incompetent and a poor trainer?

    How about Cus? Floyd Patterson youngest HW and Mike Tyson?

    cus wasn't training tyson when he lost. he was long gone by then.

    Your point is obvious the point of the thread is that Roach although a good trainer is human and makes mistakes and is starting to spread himself thin leading to those results
