Fights that should of happened... Naz vs Floyd

Eubank jr vs ggg. The Brit's had plenty to say about them selves and Golovkin. Then wouldn't sign. I don't like that.

Naz was fun & unconventional but when he met true class in Barrera ..well ofcoufse Floyd would beat him & a young Floyd who was even faster ...dob't be daft! All I can say (in sorrow) is Naz probably thanks Barrera for the loss, as oother wise he have had to fight a young Manny...whooo wooo bye bye Naz!

 

Fight if happened would have most certainly would not have been 50/50.
SFW Floyd wasn't boring, he hit hard and was faster than Naz, he was also far more
polished offensively and defensively. This would've been pretty much the worst
type of fighter Naz could've fought with his flailing arms, hands down, off balance, horrendous
footwork, wide open for shots etc.................

 

In 1998 Floyd called out Hamed, but Naz didn't show the slightest interest in him. And why would he? Floyd at that time wasn't a star but his boxing skill was untouchable, and he was at the peak of his speed and power. Extreme risk almost no reward. I thought prime 130 lb Gatti before he was stopped on cuts by Manfredy would've outboxed Hamed, and wow Floyd would've toyed with him. And stopped him via blazing combos that the off-balance Hamed couldn't see.

 

In all fairness, him beating Hagler at MW was only from the resident d-bag/troll MVC so he doesn’t really count..

 

First thing, there's absolutely nothing 50/50 about this match up more like 99/1 PBF. MAB gave Naz a beating and a boxing lesson PBF would have beat him even worse and probably stopped him.

 

Floyd and he'd make it look very easy.

Floyd would not have drained himself. If he could not make a weight comfortably, he would not try at all.
There is a reason why Floyd was 142 on fight nights for fights at 140. He wanted the money fight but he did not care about size.
Freddy Roach himself said that cutting weight is over rated. (unless it gave you a truly massive edge)
