Fights that shouldn't but actually happened.

    I know, there was a thread made earlier about the opposite. And obviously a sign that boxing fans don't always get what they want.

    Then on the other side of the coin, there are fights that get made but we actually don't give any concern due to a lot of factors:

    1. Boxer A in the fight is better off fighting someone else.
    2. Complete mismatch packaged as a good fight.
    3. No relevance whatsoever in the immediate future of the sport or both of the fighters.

    Can't think of any right now, perhaps you people have better inputs.

    Trinidad vs Vargas, to early for Vargas.

    Mosley vs Forrest, should have never taken the risk coming of a win over De La Hoya.

    Mosley vs Wright, should have never taken the risk coming of a win over De La Hoya.

    Juan Manuel Marquez vs Chris John, should have never gone to Indonesia.

    Ali vs Holmes, a prime Holmes fighting a very old, over weight Ali.

    just to name a few.

    Ali didn't deserve a beating like that.

    And it didn't add any popularity for Holmes either. Good one. :good
