Fights That Should've Happened (and who would've won)

This is a thread to ponder the best fights that could've happened, but didn't. Great fighters fighting at the same time and at around the same weight, but for one reason or another didn't happen.

    Here's some I thought of:

Sugar Ray Leonard v Aaron Pryor, welterweight early 80s
(I'd take SRL by close points decision)

Bernard Hopkins v James Toney, middleweight early-mid 90s
(too close to call. Probably at that stage in their careers, Toney by decision)

Felix Trinidad v Shane Mosley, turn of the century
(Mosley by decision. DLH outboxed Tito, I think Mosley could've done so too, he was too tough to get stopped and he would've outworked Trinidad)

Juan Manuel Marquez v Erik Morales, featherweight early 2000s
(Another one which would've been so so close. At that stage in their careers, probably Morales by decision)

Lennox Lewis v Riddick Bowe, heavyweight early-mid 1990s
    (Lewis by KO)

Larry Holmes v George Foreman, heavyweight 1980s
(If George has stayed in the game, he would've been active during Holmes's reign. I think Foreman could've outpointed Holmes or won by late stoppage)

Thoughts on my choices or any other fights that should've happened but didn't??
