Fights that you wanted to see but for some reason never happened?

Thats pathetic to keep bring up the loaded gloves BS Tony NEVER EVER had loaded gloves. Its the only excuse you guys come up with to try to hide the fact your idols were scared to face Tony in the ring.
I was ringside with Tony at the Williams fight. It was a close fight but Paul deserved the win. Tony immediately asked for a rematch Paul was willing but Goosen said with a smirk
" No way Margarito is in our past Not our future" He didnt want to risk it. Who could blame him
Also Paul was a man about the Loaded gloves debacle. He said " I never noticed anything unusual he was just a strong fighter. He didnt do the Cowardly diva act like Cotto,Floyd &DelaHoya did & join in the railroading because they knew they couldnt beat him

 

Sergio Martinez said the same thing Williams said of Margarito and Martinez had a reason to use Margarito and the cheating accusations as a crutch and excuse for getting stopped by him. Martinez however man'd up and said, I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary from his punches, I have no excuses Margarito beat me fair and square.

…..and I've noted to PimpC many times in the past, he keeps jabbing away at the notion that Margarito was a cheat and therefore didn't deserve a fight with Mayweather. He's almost insinuating that somehow Mayweather was on to him that he was a cheat.
My note to PimpC is this, even if Margarito was a cheat, at the time Mayweather nor did anyone else know that.
Therefore at the time Mayweather indeed was avoiding a match with Margarito.

Fights are not won on paper.
Say for example Margarito had never faced Sergio Martinez, if we were to match those fighters up mythically today, a lot of people and PimpC included would say Martinez would have toyed with and won every single round against that cheat Margarito.
We know however that that matchup did occur in reality and toying and dominating of Margarito by Martinez is not what occurred.
Legacies are formed in the ring not on paper.
