Beating Ward has done less for him than Froch, Rigo than Donaire, Trout than Cotto.

If you mean where the fighter won the event but lost the fight then I guess recent examples would be Herrera v Garcia, Froch- Groves 1.

Pacquiao-Bradley 1 has to be the best example from recent times

Molina redeemed himself from the BS Demarco debacle, proved how badass he was, he dropped Lucas twice and took a horrendous beating most people couldn't come close to taking.

redeemed his chin (probably had weight issues for the DeMarco fight) add on getting caught cold...

but man his skills were awful...no jab at all. Will be keen to watch his fight with Soto.

I never said he had skills, but "he gained" credibility and respect from at least a few fans.

Don't bother, the guy is completely infatuated with Mexicans for whatever reason...very strange thing because he's not Mexican.

I'm sorry did I offend your pro-Puerto Rican sensibilities, what? are you still sore from:
    Margarito Cotto
    Salido Juanmax2
    Chavez Camacho
    De La Hoya Camacho
    Margarito Cintronx2
    Alvarez Cintron
    Segura Calderonx2
    Mares Morel
    Santa Cruz Morel
    Arce Vazquez
    Molina Cintron
    Garcia Martinez
    Salido Cruz
:yepWhat do Mexicans and Russians have in common, seek and destroy ruthless aggression, what's not to love about Mexican fighters, also I've dated PR and Mexican girls, the Mexicans were far less annoying.

    Tomas Rojas Vs Vic Darchinyan?
    Defry Palulu Vs AJ Banal?

I assume Nelson Vs Sanchez is the most obvious?
