    jersey joe walcott v rex layne .....walcott the loser got a world heavyweight title fight out of it....layne had to win another 8 fights in a row before he got his shot at the title.

    Got to say the most significant fight that the loser got more benefit that the winner has to be Louis v Schmeling I....
