Pacquiao vs Hatton undercard: had Humberto Soto, Mike Alvarado, Matthew Hatton, Erislandy Lara, Abner Mares and Daniel Jacobs. De La Hoya vs Pacquiao undercard: had Victor Ortiz, Danny Garcia, Adrien Broner, and Juan Manuel Lopez. Mayweather vs Cotto: had Jessie Vargas, Kieth Thurman, and Omar Figueroa. There was a time before all the B.S. that the undercard was just as goo as the main event and companies built stars. Where are the new stars being built now?
Of course, that's because promotions one way is horrible and having more than 2 promotion company's is for downright mentally challeged peeps. If the mma world showed anything, it's that a single company would make the sport infinitely better.. They really need to have one governing bidy, one commission, one everything. Also, have a schedule, every fighter has to fight 3x a year minimum. Have tourneys, fight offs, all that good stuff. You don't fight you lose points. God, this sport could be the biggest sport by far, if they wanted it to be
I slightly agree accept for this part. UFC does nothing for their fighters and pays them less than a club fighter makes in boxing. Other than that it could work.
