    Benn v Eubank II

Benn was always considered a crude puncher and fought true to form in their first encounter, which he lost by TKO. In the second encounter however he completely outboxed Eubank much to the amazement of crowd. The official decision was a draw, but any reasonable person would have given Benn the decision.

Gotta agree with Kovalev Hopkins. After watching a few of his fights I thought he was a crude slugger. Seeing him counter Bernard's counter had me scratching my head, but then he started timing EVERYTHING. His counter punching ability was on par with Hopkins and he had longer reach and some serious power, it was crazy to see a guy who I thought just threw big punches and hoped for the best outbox one of the most technical boxers of all time.

Maidana gets an honorable mention, he cut off the ring very well vs Floyd and was catching him more than almost anyone has with his weird angles.

Not a clinic but Mcklin surprised quite a lot of people when he outboxed Martinez.
I think Martinez even commented on Macklins change of tactics being the reason he was behind on points. Took him by surprise.

Not sure if it would class a clinic but Morrison/Foreman surprised a lot of people. Though Morrisons' unusual tactics was more out of necessity rather than choice, nobody goes toe to toe with Foreman even an old one unless you have an iron chin.

    Hatton vs Paulie.

However Hatton always performed better when he boxed, i never really understood his gun ho attitude to defense.

Benn-Wharton. Benn boxes, jabs, counters, slips, places, moves in and out, etc. So uncharectoristic.

He looked brilliant against Ben Tackie. Better than Sharmba Mitchell or Kostya had against BT, in terms of boxing.

    darchinyan vs mijares.

mijares was suppose to embarrass vic, but it was in fact the complete opposite, lol.

I wouldn't say Macklin put on a masterclass he did better than people thought he would because he was scared ****less he'd be KTFO and came in with a different gameplan. Most of the rounds Macklin won, he barely won and that KD was absolute BS.

Wasn't anywhere even close to a clinic. Maidana just powered through Broner.
