True Moore was a wizard. I made a thread about him a while back: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=316229
Rios-Antillon come to mind in terms of recent fights; most of the time they were hitting each other, but their primary defensive movement was bobbing and weaving. Castillo-Corrales was fought violently out of a clinch, but both guys fighting short were bending at the waist often. When they were both on the inside, Duran and Leonard both bobbed and weaved under each other's punches to try to evade and counter. Chavez-Whitaker both bobbed and weaved a lot in the first rounds of their fight; to me, that's a textbook example of offensive vs defensive upper body movement. Marquez bobbed and weaved a lot against Katsidis, and Katsidis himself tried to, but was much less successful in his (lack of) fluidity.
