Was Toney actually outboxed by Jones? Or was it just a physically too dominant of a Roy Jones for Toney's skills to handle?

Doesn't make it any less impressive of a win.

Just saying that it wasn't because of Jones' skills that he won.

Sure it was due to Jones' skills...his speed was part of his skills package. Speed alone doesn't explain how badly Toney was outclassed.

    He outboxed him.
"Hit and not get hit" : that's boxing.
You do that to the other guy for the best part of a full 12 rounds, you've certainly outboxed him.

:cheersBogo, this was the fight that made me a Jones Jr fan,....not only was speed and skills employed in this fight,...there was also MAGIC....this fight was magical in that he made Mr. Badass Toney look utterly ordinary...it was like a cat toying with a basset hound IMO. An aesthetically satisfying match along the lines of Barrera-Hamed.

Watt v Davis. Davis was a very skilful boxer watt stuck to his plan and got the decision.

I think Lomachenko vs Rigo deserves mentioning despite the difference in weight. No other fighter could utterly humiliate a master boxer like Rigo. The size advantage had nothing to do with Lomachenko outboxing Rigo.

Raul Perez also nullified Miguel Lora by using his own skills.
