    Ayala may have been lying, may have been building up the fight or heaven forbid there might be a minute chance it happened. I'd be dubious tho.

    Totally agree Moore may have beaten him. He might have even whipped him. I posted years ago about the matchup -

    I think this match would be a great example of a fight coming down to heart, who wanted it more and who took it better. Moore showed real heart and determination against Weir, Kalule, Guiden and indeed Duran. Ayala is unproven on this front and doesn't have much behind him when it comes to beating proven contenders.

    This doesn't mean Tony loses and he did beat plenty of guys quite conclusively. I think this grey area however gives Moore a lot better than an outside chance. I would make him a minor favorite or even money at worst based on this.

    It's an open fight for me and i wouldn't overly debate against either side.
