Fights where taller fighter successfully jabs away shorter poweful fighter?

    Looking for a fight where a taller opponent (maybe 4-5 inches taller) uses their punches / kicks to successfully keep away a powerful inside fighter...

    I was hoping more same weight class (lighter weights preferably)

    I guess the ideal way would just be to think of tall fighters in their weight class and just look for short opponents :patsch

    Aplin, if you are looking for examples in the lighter weightclasses, you won't find too many fighters who enjoy a five inch height advantage.

    Anyway, Michael Jennings v Mehrud Takaloo is a textbook example of how to keep a shorter, more powerful opponent off you. Only a couple of inches in height, but that was enough for Jennings to keep Taka off him all night.
