Actually the showtime commentators scorecards had the fight even going into the last round and one of the judges had Froch ahead.

Two examples of the better fighter being overconfident and lazy, and losing to a lesser fighter

    Wlad vs. Sanders

    Tyson vs. Douglas

Another avenue this thread could take, lesser fighters who won based on cuts or injuries.

    Example: .

Vitali vs. Lewis. Stopped on cuts, but Vitali was, and probably would have, won the fight had it continued. Vitali was begging for the fight not to be stopped.

THx 4 being his puppet & giving him what he wanted."Walkwithme" obviously created this thread 4 someone to bring that up.... I guess it didn't take long! The thread could've also being called "THE COWARDLY-GAY-CLASSLESS BASHING THREAD"... For such a manly sport is certainly full of crying, gay fans.... Taking away the credit that Quintana deserves for SCHOOLING PW for the whole 12 rds. won't change the outcome, plus we also already know PW won't ever give CQ the rubbermatch, something a real man would do.... IMO is more difficult to win a fight for 12 rds. like Quintana did than winning in the 1st with what may have been a lucky/ caught cold kind of punch. Carlos won that night, and not only that, but he got that fight at the last min. because supposedly nobody could be found to fight PW, which should give even more credit to Quintana....... Nobody ever mentions this, but, could it be that Quintana came too confident in their rematch and didn't prepare as it should've been.... or maybe he, himself, had an "off night" ?..... Not saying that CQ would win in a rubbermatch, but it would certainly clear all & any doubts! Anyways, nothing of this can change the fact that PW is gonna lose again to somebody else just as he did to CQ, or even worse, as he moves up in competition!

And nothing can take away from the fact that your ***** ass boy Cotto refused to fight PW after PW beat Margo, and for the past two years...

****in Cotto fans got the nerve to try to talk **** about PW.... I do have a lot of respect for Quintana. At least he had the nuts to get in the ****in ring with PW... twice. He won the first fight fair and square, and as Paul said, he was the better man that night.

Too bad Cotto's ***** ass is too chicken to try.

    Great examples.

Hopkins - Taylor. Hopkins showed in the later rounds that he was the superior fighter, just was overconfident and took winning for granted, lost because he didn't do enough.

Rahman - Lewis. If they fought ten more times, lewis would win every time.
