Most recently Chocalitito v Yafai comes to mind. Other ones I can think of is Tszyu v Judah, De La Hoya v Whitaker and Hide v Vitali.

At first, Foreman - Frazier II. Per Boxrec:
    • One Las Vegas bookmaker had Frazier as a 7-5 favorite.
It doesn't list any other odds, just the above.
At first I thought it was crazy, but then I realized that Foreman was coming off the loss to Ali, the Toronto Five, and the life-and-death struggle with Lyle. In comparison, Joe was coming off a good win over Quarry, a win over Ellis, and a great effort against Ali in Manila. In that light those odds made sense. At least until fight time.

The second Carbajal/Chiquita Gonzalez fight. 3:1 odds. Cleaned up. Made up for me picking Buster Drayton over Julian Jackson and betting the over for the McGirt vs Howard Davis fight.

I don't know. I bought into the Drayton is a Philly fighter with more experience line of talk. My friend didn't know anything about boxing and I sold him on Drayton and he bet $300. We were sitting at a bar in a casino in Las Vegas when Jackson knocked him out.
    My friend almost killed me.
