For you maybe. I appreciate the opportunity to see good fights whether I know the outcome or not, it isn't just the 'tension' of the sport that appeals to me. I would also suggest that the Classic forum is probably not for you.
I think the competitiveness of the first 3 Nishioka vs. Veeraphol is what really interests me. They're not all that exciting but they do have some great moments here and there. Like Flea said, the fourth fight is a complete white wash for Veeraphol and is worth a watch. Has anyone checked out Ricardo Cordoba vs. Bernard Dunne fight yet? I think that fight was unfortunate to share the same year with JMM vs. Diaz. Really great fight that most Americans don't know about.
Other underrated fights: Harold Johnson vs. Ezzard Charles Alexis Arguello vs. Alfredo Escalera I Terry Norris vs. Troy Waters Gerald McClellan vs. Julian Jackson I (II if you want to see a real brutal 1st round ass kicking) Fernando Vargas vs. Winky Wright, Ike Quartey, and Felix Trinidad Ike Ibeabuchi vs. David Tua Some modern fights that I think are really overlooked: Sergio Martinez vs. Paul Williams I Akira Yaegashi vs. Pornsawan Porpramook Hernan Marquez vs. Luis Concepcion I Adrian Hernandez vs. Kompayak Porpramook I and II Pawel Wolack vs. Delvin Rodriguez I
second fight is online..its on sosoboxing.com...brutal stuff with a very definitive ending...prince charles was taken out on a stretcher...might be the best pair of fights ever to be aired on ESPN
This is a good 6 round war between former champion Brewer and title challenger Pemberton. Classic ESPN. [yt]7w9YuYkSYw0[/yt]
