I think Kongo has too much for Benn Jr at this time

 

I believe he has too much for Benn at any time.

The problem I'm having with Sky, Hearn and Benn is that while I concede the hype has been calmed down they keep forcing him on the British boxing fans and he isn't fighting any domestic rivals, I don't expect the man to stick him in with Josh Kelly but somembody like Kongo is a reasonable request.

I can't keep digging out Yarde and not dig out Benn, Benn should be held to the same standard people hold Yarde.

Both didn't have huge amateur experience and both get undeserved hype and coverage.


On the flip side, I really like Kongo, he is underrated and not as well known as he should be, I'm not saying he is a world beater but he is a tough, hungry and talented fighter who in my opinion deserves a high profile fight and fighting and beating Benn would hopefully give him a platform to move forward from.
